MBK History

Our story began in 2016 as a business administration and social media support firm known as SSC, founded by Kalin “Kal” Adams, the Founder and Principal Manager of the Adams Family. The company was guided by a clear mission: to drive sustainable growth and resilience while delivering reliable, mission-driven solutions to government, public, and private-sector partners. Since then, this mission has shaped our journey as we support safety, security, and emergency management efforts across Texas and beyond.

The company quickly grew and established itself as a trusted business tender by late 2017. By 2020, our portfolio of primary ventures expanded with the addition of State of Safe LLC and MOCO Forensics LLC. Shortly thereafter, we rebranded as MBK, reflecting our evolution into a multi-venture management firm and merging with our family core values.

Managed by Kal (doing business as, MBK) is a Texas-registered limited liability company led by Kal Adams, serving as the strategic vehicle through which he manages the Adams Family's capital, investments, and long-term initiatives. Operating at the intersection of finance, real estate development, and private security, Kal identifies, structures, and executes high-conviction opportunities that advance the family's legacy while preserving strategic flexibility and generational wealth.
